Following the success of the in studio yoga day retreats we had recently , I'm pleased to start a monthly Yoga x Brunch club!
One Saturday a month, we will share a lovely yoga and mindfulness practice, followed by a nourishing, wholesome homemade vegan lunch.
First one will start on Sat 2nd April 2022, on the day:
10:00 - 10:20 mindfulness practice
10:20 - 11:20 vinyasa yoga
11:30 - 12:30 brunch
£30 per person
