SLOW Vinyasa Yoga-beginners to all levels

The class suits beginners and those looking for a slower paced vinyasa yoga practice. We will move in sequences linking breath and movement, flowing from one posture to the next at a more gentle pace.

Sunday 10-11am

Monday 6-7pm

Gentle Yoga - beginners

More time will be spent to go through some of the postures and suitable alignment to one’s needs. Whether you are inflexible or have zero experience, we hope you can leave with learning something new about yourself after the class.

The class will be at a gentle pace, with a calming and meditative effect throughout.

Dynamic vinyasa yoga- mixed ability

An energetic practice linking breath to movement. We explore postures such as inversions, arm balances and backbends; options are given at all times so it is a mixed ability class. Those with a good level of physical fitness but are new to yoga, are welcome.

Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm

Mum & baby yoga

Yoga sequence designed for the postnatal body; helping healing and strengthening particularly on core and pelvic floor, stretching tight areas, especially around the upper body and arms.

Meet other new mums in a non judgemental, easy going environment.
