Vinyasa Yoga- mixed ability -

This is an open level class for people who are either new (with a good level of fitness) or have a regular practice. It is energetic and often explores arm balances, inversions and backbends- no experience needed, options are always given to everyone of all abilities.

Classes will start with a series of sun salutations to build heat in the body. Followed by a sequence of standing and seated postures, linking breath and movement before moving onto a restful and restorative finish. Designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind.

Wednesday 6:30pm at Llyswen village hall

You can drop in on classes at Llyswen (payment can be made by card or cash). Please bring your own mat for this class, if you don’t have a mat, please email tyyoga@hotmail.com beforehand.

Gentle Yoga - beginners

More time will be spent to go through some of the postures and suitable alignment to one’s needs. Whether you are inflexible or have zero experience, we hope you can leave with learning something new about yourself after the class.

The class will be at a gentle pace, with a calming and meditative effect throughout.
