2-5pm: Led by Rachel:

  • Rebozo wrap and roll- unique technique to massage the belly and the body during pregnancy and birth; an ancient practice from Mexico. Where Rachel has recently spent time with a world renowned Mexican midwife.

  • The art of Palpation- feeling your baby in utero

  • Auscultation- we can try and listen to your baby's heartbeat.

  • Natural ultrasound- a joyful way of connecting and bonding with unborn baby. Together we visualise your baby in the womb and draw on mum's belly. It is a wonderful and fun way to connect with your little growing baby. Your friends and family can be involved too. (Just invite them to join from 3:45pm if you/they wish). We guarantee you will leave your oxytocin filled day celebrating and looking forward to your birth.

There are 4- 5 other expecting mums that Rachel knows who are also keen to come to these 2 workshops/events, so we're hoping you can all make it to the same dates as it will be lovely for everyone to meet too! Let me know if any of these or both interest you.
